來厝吃飯 [高雄]
招牌菜鹹魚三層肉好下飯
想要體驗台灣古早莊稼味，「來厝吃飯」就對啦！當我坐在長板凳上，端著缺一角的破舊碗公、翹起二郎腿，端詳四周各式各樣的古玩文物，猶如置身50年代的台灣農村。
自稱「長工」的陳漢謙是這家店的老闆：「在年少歲月，我曾開過酒家、也曾在道上混過，終日打打殺殺，直到老婆懷孕，想到自己將為人父，決定洗心革面，結束過去荒誕的日子，找份正當的差事。」剛開始跑業務的陳老闆，生活過的不是很順遂，不過從那時候開始，他開始收集一些古玩舊物，有時甚至跑到垃圾場尋寶，後來這些東西都成了「來厝吃飯」的裝潢擺飾。
打開話匣子後，陳老闆更是對自己的精心傑作滿意的不得了，他指著黑板上密密麻麻的菜單說：「剛開始我們店裡只有8道菜，做到現在已經可以做出400多道，每天會依買進的食材，將今天供應的菜色，用粉筆寫在黑板上，不過，老客人通常懶的看黑板，直接請我幫他配。」鹹魚三層肉是陳老闆最得意的招牌菜，「這道菜講究的是速度，燜滷的時間不能過長，否則吸入過多醬油， 三層肉 吃起來就會太鹹。」肥瘦相間的三層肉，多了 鹹魚 的香鹹滋味，果然讓人食指大動，才一晃眼的功夫，我就把碗裡的白飯扒的精光。
